B. Technical Design Documentation

Detailed drawings are prepared to guide contractors and suppliers throughout the implementation process. These include floor plans, lighting layouts, electrical outlet plans, ceiling and flooring plans, and bespoke furniture drawings, ensuring a smooth and accurate execution of the project.

C. 3D Visualisations

Photorealistic 3D visualisations illustrate the space, showcasing materials, colour palettes, and furniture arrangements. They help clients better understand the proposed design and make informed decisions before work begins.
