This compact 24 m² seaside apartment is thoughtfully designed to make the most of every square metre while creating a light, relaxed atmosphere. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living, lounging, and working areas, while a delicate screen subtly separates the sleeping area from the rest of the space. A compact desk is integrated alongside the screen, providing a comfortable spot to work or enjoy a quiet moment.

This 24 m² apartment is thoughtfully designed to maximise functionality and comfort within a compact space. Created for a student, the layout features clearly defined zones for sleeping, studying, dining, and cooking. A carefully considered hallway design adds a sense of privacy while concealing the direct, unwelcoming view of the entrance door, creating a more inviting and harmonious interior.

Apartment 35m2 | Šiauliai 2024

This compact 35 m² apartment has been thoughtfully designed to maximise space and create a cohesive, modern living environment. The original two-room layout has been transformed into an open-plan studio, with the sleeping area subtly separated by a lightweight metal shelving unit. This creates a more private retreat for rest while preserving the sense of openness throughout the apartment. The interior embraces a contemporary industrial aesthetic, balanced with the warmth and comfort of a modern home.

Kitchen 8,86m2 | Telšiai 2025

The kitchen layout was redesigned to meet the client’s needs, with an optimised floor plan and a more functional arrangement of furniture and appliances. The project also introduced a new window opening in a wall that previously had no window, bringing more natural light into the space and enhancing the sense of openness. The client was provided with detailed drawings, technical specifications, and photorealistic visualisations to help bring the proposed design to life.
